A Colorado native raised in the shadow of Mt. Blodgett, Brook has always had strong ties to the Colorado Springs community. After several years as a touring musician, he spent the next decade working across the service industry, building a foundation in hospitality and leadership. In 2023, Brook joined the team at Pikes Perk Mountain Shadows—a local coffee shop in Colorado Springs—excited to invest in the neighborhood he calls home.
Brook and his wife, Erynn, are proud to carry on the legacy of Pikes Perk as a space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy great coffee. Together, they’re committed to helping the shop grow as a true community hub.
